Prevention published a list of six ways to slim down and tighten muscles faster. Here they are in a nutshell.

1-Warm up before stretching.

2-Do bursts of activity instead of keeping a steady rhythm.

3-Lift heavier weights for fewer reps

4-Work your abs standing up instead of lying down.

5-Just thinking about working a muscle causes increased strength

6-Don't take a rest day.
