5 Ways to stay fit in winters

In a survey, 30% people said they do not exercise in winters. Here are some easy ways for you to stay fit during the long winter months.

1) Go to a mall, park your car, and go for a long walk – inside the mall. 2) Take membership of a gym. 3) Create a mini gym at home, with basic equipment like dumbbells, exercise mat and a jump rope. 4) Find some stairs, and climb them. 5) Go to an indoor pool.
