169.8 today! 9.8 lb until I reach the high end of my weight range! This is what I have been waiting for because the lowest I've made it to is 163. The first time I did Atkins that was as far as I got and I've been yo yoing ever since. The last time I was at that weight prior to that I was probably 19 or 20. It will be a big deal for me to get to 160. Every lb lost afte rthat will be exciting and motivating. I am NOT going to gain this back, ever .
Anyway, 2 miles today. My sinus infection is pretty much gone but still have the sniffles but was able to exercise. I should be doing 3 miles now but I'll work back up to that and hopefully do 3 miles on Saturday or Monday.
