So I promised I would post my numbers last Sunday and completely for got to do it. So I weighed myself this morning and came in at 191.6. I had Frosted Mini Wheats for breakfast, a Lean Cuisine Panini for Lunch...and I have no idea what I'm having for dinner yet. I had packed my gym back to go straight to the YMCA after work, but was running late this morning and forgot to grab my bag. So I will have to go home and not get so comfortable that I can't get up and go....oh but I did do a 20 minute Express Zumba DVD this morning.
