10 minute workouts for a 10 minute world

I always have good intentions.  And I actually do make it to the gym pretty frequently.  But even on days that I do a good workout I'm often at my desk for hours during the day.

Like more and more people these days I work from home and found that a great way to counteract the sore muscles and fatigue that come with writing for hours on end.  I do ten minute workouts through out the day.
