I jumped on the scale yesterday and found out I lost 1 pound. Normally that wouldn't be so great, but considering the circumstances I'll take it. This last week included New Years Eve and I'll admit I had some pizza and a few beers watching the ball drop. Most people gain weight during the holidays so I feel good that I was able to lose a couple pounds. Alright I'm done tooting my own horn, its back to business now. I want January to be a big month so for the first time I'm going to put a concrete goal down on paper. On my February 2nd weigh in I want to weigh in at atleast 259 lbs which means I need to lose 9 pounds in roughly a month. January is the perfect month to make big loses the way I figure. The holidays are over, its cold and miserable and I spent too much money on christmas presents so I really have nothing to do but go to the gym. This is my month!
