1-25-07 & Ouch

Okay, I'm hurting.  My very low back is pinched or something.  I'm going to take some ibuprofen and move slow for the rest of the day - I don't need back injury.  I felt a twinge last night when I was bouncing the Triscuit when she was fussy.  Oh boy.  Update:  It's hurt all day - I've used up all the meds in the house - Bob brought home Tylenol, it's not touching it.  This is how people get hooked on painkillers, man.  I can't take them, they make me puke, so suck it up and get used to the ouch, Beth.

Hold me accountable.
