I am proud of myself, I got up again at 6am to do my 5K training. 1/2 mile walk; 1/2 mile run; 1/2 mile walk = 1.5 miles in 30 minutes. I finally broke down and purchased some mp3s with iTunes. I took my laptop downstairs with me and ran my playlist. Much better than using the dollar store fm radio. Although now I have an 8lb mp3 player.
