I lost 11 pounds of fat last week by doing what I call terrain walking .....this is great !!!!

 I go to the gym 4+ times a week; and yesterday I got out and hiked this 3 mile trail by our lake. Also at the gym I'm putting the treadmill at alot higher incline. Feels like I'm making progress. thanks Patsy

Hi I'm Patsy and have been walking along time, but want to do some uphills -hiking added in to get in better shape and lose my gut and also get ready for the Wharf to Wharf in July.
