If the weather permits, walking outside is always a great way to get exercise and enjoy the beauty of your surroundings.
Take the Stairs
Whenever possible, take the stairs instead of the elevator.
Walk at school
Many schools let community members use the gymnasium or track during off-hours.
Walk at the office
Walk around the halls of your office for some extra exercise. Take a few extra trips to the bathroom.
Walk the Airport
Airports have long halls you can walk through and are open to the public everyday. You don't even need a ticket!
Walk the mall
Lots of malls open early so people can walk through them if it's cold out. They may even have a walking club.
Walk the museum
Museums offer a great way to get some culture while you get some exercise.
Walk, don't drive
Anytime you're going on errands, walk to your destination instead of driving there. You'll be helping your environment and yourself.
