If you go to www.weather.com, they have a way to check out your local weather’s “aches and pains” factor and also, the hour by hour comfort level for exercising! I just used this today: I am in Baltimore and it’s a blizzard. I was looking to see if I should walk later this evening, but I see that the comfort level is “1” – very uncomfortable. Weather.com even tells you what kind of clothes to wear for the current situation. In this case, they advise layer of clothes and waterproof. I’m thinking fuzzy slippers and my “Night Y’all” sleepshirt!
