I'm continuing with my walking regime.  I'm up to 2 miles and am diligent about getting out there every day.  I hope to have my mileage up to 3 miles by the end of March.  Consistency is the key for me right now and as long as I get at least 30 minutes of walking in which is about 2 miles thus far, then I feel good.
