A brief walk can interrupt the stress cycle and distance you from the issue.

Right on! Walking has been regarded for millenia by history's greatest philosophers as a way to clarify thinking. It regulates your heart beat, stretches you out and the mere rhythm of walking is soothing. Do you like walking with an ipod or in silence?

When you are walking, you are not able to be bothered by calls or emails, too!
