I feel that walking is one of the best exercises we can do for ourselves. Walking is a great time to relax and think as you walk along your path. I am lucky that I live in the country and have nice trees, steams and all to enjoy during my walks.
Walking is great for reducing stress and clearning our heads. It also helps with blood pressure and many other things. I try to walk about 30 minutes every morning after I get up and before having breakfast.
Go out and take a walk today for yourself. You will start to feel better after doing this several days in a row. Take it slow at first, if you need to. You can always start by walking 5 or 10 minutes and then build up to whatever you are comfortable with.
