Walked a lot

I walked quite a bit today and yesterday and refused to take the elevator, choosing the stairs instead.

Walking is a great way to stay fit. It is a major part of my fitness regimen, and how I keep myself feeling great day after day. Good for you for taking those opportunities to use the stairs rather than the elevator. Another thing you might like is walks outside on your lunch breaks. Keep it up Ramzi!
My mom does the same thing, so does my husband. He gets irritated at people taking elevators one or two floors! The stairs -- going up and down, too -- develop different muscles in your legs. Keep it up!
