Getting some exercise isn't as laborious as you might think. If you can muster a brisk, thirty-minute walk most days of the week you'll reduce stress, tone your legs and bum, slash your risk of getting sick, and possibly live longer. It has serious aerobic benefits if you walking briskly - no strolling aloud! Hold your core muscles in as you walk for extra toning - Pull your abs in as if trying to reach your spine.
