As long as you are getting all beautiful while walking, there’s no reason why you can’t multi-task. During the cold weather, apply a thin layer of pure shea butter to your feet and cover with thick, white athletic socks. Use a thicker layer on your hands and wear gloves â€“ Jackie Onassis did! If you have dry hair, you can run some through it too, and don a stocking cap. Use a good face cream and sunscreen, too. A good long walk will warm up the shea butter and make it penetrate your skin. The more you walk, the smoother you will be after your post-walk shower.
