I know what you mean. It seems like sunny days should be enough of a motivator to get out and exercise, but sometimes we need to just rest.
A sticker chart is not a bad idea. Read this article and check out Nikki F.'s comment. Here is another idea similar to a sticker chart, but it's a motivational board.

Right now, I'm just trying to get the motivation to do everything that i need to!
The sun is shining today, instead of raining, as I had anticipated it would, so I should be out there walking. Instead I'm feeling so slow and lethargic today. These are the times I wish I was back in college. You could always find someone to motivate you to go on a walk or go to the gym.
I need to come up with a way to reward myself for these little tiny steps. I mean, sending a text back stating I accomplished everthing I wanted to helps, but I really need a tangible, visible reward. LOL. Maybe I need a grown up sticker chart!
