Ok, so the 1st night I did a Kick start. I walked and jogged a little over 1.75 miles. The hope was to get a good steady walking pace and then jog every other block. Ok, so how about every 1/2 block? The longer blocks were just too much to conquer along Somerset. I found that once I got onto Redwood, I had gotten past that first initial burn and my breathing got more steady. By the time I arrived at home, I was a sweaty, happy mess.
