Since the weather here has gotten moderately better, I have been walking a little bit more. I haven't lost much weight, but my clothes are really fitting better and I am not as out of breath as I used to be. It's a subtle change, but I see it and I'm pleased. A confidence builder!

That's why I love when Spring comes around! I get to walk to work again, and walk to the beach with my boyfriend. While my weight is proportionate to my body type and about where it's supposed to be right now, walking doesn't help me loose a lot of weight, but it definitely kickstarted my major weightloss a few years back and helps me shed a pound now and then now when included in my regular routine. And when the waist of my pants feels looser, I feel ecstatic. Don't forget to keep you head up and you tummy tucked in-it will benefit your abs and make you look and feel confident and great!
