As a back and, sometimes leg, pain sufferer, I was excited to read that there is a special type of walking exercise that can help relieve the pain. It's called ChiWalking, incorporating Tai Chi, Yoga and Pilates. While you walk, you're supposed to relax, improve your body's alignment and involved arm movements, and that puts less stress on the legs.
