Ayurvedic time to walk

I've been reading a newspaper called Health Quest and it discusses that with the 3 Ayurvedic doshas, Spring is "Kapha". With Kapha weather out, and the gradual renewal of many of us out of hiberantion, walking is the perfect exercise for this time of year. The article says it gets us out and about, smellling the elements. It suggests even a walk around the block goes a long way towards toning muscles for the more active summer.
