Hello peterbren,
I am sorry you suffer from Bi-Polar disorder. It can be difficult, but when you have family and friends that offer support is makes it a bit easier.
I personally do not have Bi-Polar however, I have read up on the disorder and have learned about the challenges life brings you. Keep your chin up and know there are people willing to listen and help. May God guide you forever.
hi thank you for accepting my friendship request hopfully hope we can help each other through the hard days and the good days which hunts us all in our position with the bipoler disorder
thank you again for accepting my request
Barry
Hello Karen,
Thanks for the tip, I need to add more fruits and vegetables to my daily diet. Fruits are so expensive and I don't eat that much so small meals are great for me.
I will definitely keep your email on me and when I am at home, I will write to you. I am visiting my grandchildren right now.

Thanks. It's bittersweet. I was going to post a comment on an article posted on the Stanford Wellsphere site only to discover I can't, which is too bad, because it's problematic.
Hi, Viv -
Thanks for the friend request! Sorry it took me so long to respond - I was away on a 3-week vacation, then it took me a week to catch up on all the e-mails! Nice to "meet" you -
