Also, fortified sources--foods with added D--include orange juice and cereals.
Great source is whole foods. Fish, eggs, dairy. (See this great web resource, Nutritiondata). Supplemental D can help. I understand you should be sure to take Vitamin D3. It is the most absorbable by of D for the body.
