I'm told that Glucosamine-Chondroitin works well for joint pain. It's often recommended for people with osteoarthritis. There's a product called Move-Free that contains MSM and Glucosamine-Chondroitin. Something like that might work well for you!
I agree with Sneha as far as taking a supplement that contains the following products: MSM and Glucosamine-Chondroitin, which maintain joint cartilage integrity and relieve joint pain. It also helps to take one with Celadrin, which is beneficial in lunbricating and maintaining the health of joint cartialge. My whole family has been using supplements in a gel form, and one of the products for pain and joint infmmation is called "FLX". My husband has been using this for about a week now. I havea colleague who used it and was releived of his knee pain in 30 minutes. The effects will vary from person to person, but the key is to have supplements that contain those ingredients known to relieve pain and inflammation.
HI. I am a registered nurse and associate with a great company that makes supplements that are guaranteed for potency, quality and bioavailability. My husband, who has had multiple knee surgeries have less to no pain when taking these products. Email me and I would be happy to get in touch with you to discuss our products. donnagbarnett@gmail.com
Old injuries and cold weather often go together. Over the years, old injuries affect joint health. Degeneration of the joint begins to take place. It's a process which gradually gets worse. It helps to take preventive measures through nutritional supplements. Joint supplements contain glucosamine sulfate and other nutrients that support joint health (e.g. hyal joint, interhealth collagen type II, green lipped mussels). These provide nourishment and lubrication for joints so that they can function efficiently. They help to delay or even prevent degeneration of the joint. If you have pain, look for joint supplements that contain herbs like boswellin and white willow bark, like GoFlex, which is a doctor-approved formula. Avoid taking pain killers as they can lead to serious side effects when used long term.
