Beware too much A and E. These oil-soluble vitamins can make you sick if you take more than is recommended
Niacin causes flushing. Taking large doses of niacin can lead to flushing, red skin, upset stomach
Overdoing C can give you stones. Very high dosse of vitamin C, particularly if you are not well hydrated, can lead to kidney stones
Pyridoxine (B6). Too much pyridoxine (B6) ca n cause nerve damage, with numbness, difficutly walking, and pain.

Too much folate masks B12 deficiency. If you are deficient in B12, large doses of folate obscure the signs of B12 deficiency (pernicious anemia)
