Key minerals. The 10 most important minerals are calcium, iodine, iron, magnesium, phosphorous, copper, manganese, chromium, selenium, and zinc
Look at the label. Make sure your vitamin and mineral supplements have US Pharmacopeia (USP) and the expiration date on the label

Try the liquid. If you have trouble chewing or swallowing the vitamin pills, look for the liquid versions
