B-Complex Vitamins: Needed for energy, digestion, mental function, all body systems. Deficiency symptoms include fatigue, anemia, paleness, depression, gas, allergies, nausea, convulsions, and moodiness. Amount needed daily: B1 (thiamin)--.8 mg., B2 (riboflavin)--1.3 mg, B3 (Niacin)-- 14 mg, B5 (pantothenic acid)--.30 mg, B6 (Pyridoxin Hydrochloride)--2 mg, B12?6 mg, Folic acid--5 mg. Found in liver, yeast, wheat germ, yogurt, nuts, beans, and chicken.
