Supplements to keep healthy, and stay young!

We all know that a proper dose of supplements goes a long way in helping us lead a healthy life. But most people don't know that it is also a good way to keep young! Aging is a natural process, but it is accelerated by certain factors. Poor eating habits, stress, and a lack of exercise increases the production of free radicals in the body. These molecules cause some damage to the DNA, fat membranes and proteins in our body. When we are young, the body's internal mechanisms are sufficient to fight against these free radicals. But with age, these defenses weaken and the body can use some extra help! Take antioxidants like vitamin A, E, C along with alpha and beta-carotene help against the free radicals. However, make sure you consult a doctor before going in for anything.
