A protein power called Actibiomax seems to help athletes exercise longer without fatigue and recover faster from intense workouts, according to a new study by a team of French researchers. Athletes participating in the study who took the supplements had higher antioxidant activity and fewer signs of oxidative damage, which researchers said may help explain why they experienced less fatigue. Where do you get this protein powder or should I just concentrate on more Antioxidants for my body since I work out so much and the wire story said that is a contributing factor.
