While reading National Geographic I came across an ad for a prescription sleeping pill.
The ad says "Good night" meet "Good morning." Then
one and a half pages of important safety information.
Your take on this side effect: Sleep Driving:
There have been reports of people getting out of bed after taking a sleep medicine and driving their cars while not fully awake, often with no memory of doing it. The ad says, if you experience such an event, it should be reported to your doctor immediately, since "sleep driving" can be dangerous.
Can be dangerous, well you think?
Healthy (drug-free)
sleep aids are available. Too bad more people on prescription sleeping pills don't know about the veggies that have a calming effect on our nervous system.
