Probiotics & Vitamin C In Your Daily Meals

Living natural and healthy is sometime a bit complicated for me. As a busy person, it's difficult to remember what vitamin I must take today, or have I taken my vitamin C this morning? In my site:, I have gathered many recipes, mostly using yogurt, and combine it with fruits and vegetables.

So, I think, what I should do is :

1. Find out the contents level of vitamin in each fruit and vegetable.

2. Find out the exact dose that I need everyday.

3. Match the calculations with my healthy recipes collection.

4. Make a list of daily meals for next week.
