Poor Sleep Harsher on Women

Just in from Sue, Health Nut Wannabe.

Sue says "I've had a hard time sleeping for several years. It's been getting better since I started eating healthier and exercising. Now I can fall asleep pretty easily, but there are still a few days when I wake up feeling like I didn't sleep at all. It's particularly bad on days when I've eaten too much junk (desserts are my downfall) or slurped too much non-decaf coffee. I also notice it more when my arthritis pain flairs up, which seems to be on days when I forget to take my supplements."
