Vitamin D (Cholecalcifrol) Vitamin D maintains mornal blood levels of calcium and phosphorus and aids in the absorption of calcium, helping to form strong dones.

Sources:  Fortified foods are the major dietary source of Vitamin D. The richest natural source is milk, followed by fish oils, and fatty fish, such as sardines, tuna pilchards, mackerel and herring.

There are great supplements out there.  Be sure you are getting a pharmaetucial grade supplement to be most benefical.
