how many pills?

Posted by Craig At Balanced Immune Health Healthy Living Professional

I take about 4-5 supplements a day: lutein, EpiCor, Vit. D3, fish oil, and maybe chromium.

How many daily supplements are you all consuming each day? Curious about number of capsules/pills people are willing to take each day.

I'm taking 7-8 capsule supplements, currently.  Probiotic, Resveratrol, Astragalus, multi-vitamin no iron, B6, B12, and D3.  Sometimes, I'll toss in a few Glutamine capsules into the mix.

I also take Magnesium citrate in powder form on a daily basis.

Hey, thanks for the info. I've been thinking about reveratrol (red wine/grape phytochemical). Any thoughts on how its worked for you?

And, I've never heard of astragalus. A new one to me.

I can't say with any certainty that the Resveratrol is helping anything at this point.  I'm mainly taking it to help with long term cardiovascular health.

The Astragalus is supposed to help support healthy blood sugar levels.  My fasting glucose is 113 and diet and exercise don't seem to be lowering it.
