
I try to eat right, keep up with the latest nutrition news and have daily exercise. Still, I couldn't lose the baby belly fat. There were many years I could eat anything and not gain an ounce. After having my son that all changed. I could not get rid of the love handles (pot belly) and it was really embarrassing.
Then I found this... And it worked.... I lost 6 pounds and 2 inches in the first week, all in my belly.... Oh, and it was without any exercise. I even quit smoking, but that's another post...

There's a new fat burn program for someone who is pretty sure they're eating right, but they gain each year anyway. This is a pretty weird program, but it's been doing wonders for people who have done it. They lose weight AND get their health back...
The creator is a Harvard grad, who teaches Nutrition to graduate level university students in Berkeley, CA.
