Handle Muscle Spasms

You workout and your back, leg or other muscle group starts to flare-up a muscle spasm. I read in Delicious Magazine that to improve muscle function and decrease spasms during flare-up take calcium (1,000 to 1500 mg per day) and magnesium (250 to 500 mg per day).
