I feel like all those foods in the Himalayas contribute to long life: gojo berries, yogurt, etc. Just think of Shangri-la! Dr. Perricone recommends this berry, too. I'm just upset that they are so expensive -- $10 for a little pack of dried berries at my local Whole Foods. I hope there's a way they can grow them in Alaska or the Cascade Mountains.
