Gluten Free Dill Bread by Namaste Foods

Makes 1 loaf
Ingredients:
1/4 cup warm water
1 cup warm milk (or water works fine)
2 tblsp butter, softened
1 package Namaste Foods Bread Mix
2 eggs
1 pkg 1/4 oz yeast (comes in Bread mix)
2 tsp dill seed or weed
2 tsp dried minced onion
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar

Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup warm water. Add warm milk or water, butter, sugar, eggs, dill, onion, salt and 1 1/2 cups of bread mix.
Beat on low speed for 30 seconds; beat on high for 3 minutes. Stir in remaining bread mix (batter will be sticky). Do not knead. Cover and let rise in warm place until doubled, about 1 hour.
Stir batter down. Spoon into a greased 9x5x3 loaf pan. Cover until nearly doubled, about 45 minutes.
Bake at 350° F for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown (cover loosely with foil if browns too quickly). Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan to wire rack.

Variations:
Feel free to vary up the herbs. Try rosemary, fennel, sage, etc.
