Gastric Bypass or Low Carb?

Posted Feb 24 2009 9:47pm
I have a friend who has been overweight his whole adult life. He tried every diet plan out there and never lost much weight or kept it off. One year ago he had gastric bypass surgery. He lost 50 pounds and feels sick and tired all the time now.

Jimmy Moore low carb
I know another man, Jimmy Moore who lost 185 pounds in two years with a low carb food plan. This gent is healthier than ever and knows how to control his weight from now on, without packaged diet foods, surgery, pills, potions or shakes. He ate real food.

Dr. Heidi is giving us another short (5 min) video to help us see the real reasons we are overweight, even someone who needs to lose 150 pounds!

If you know anyone who needs to lose a lot or a little weight and has thought of one of the diet programs where you buy the packaged diet foods or worse they are thinking of bypass surgery, pass Dr. Heidi's video on to them.

I've gone through Dr. Heidi's fat burn program and I still get surprised when I listen to her about why burning fat is so hard. It's not as easy as eating less and moving more. It's not as simple as buying Jenny Craig food for the rest of your life.

We have to find out why OUR body will not burn the fat and fix that.

Share Dr. Heidi's video if you like, :)
