I wanted to go a little deeper with the food bugaboos post here. These foods are the cause of many diseases, obesity and other health concerns. If more people knew what to look for maybe we could turn our health around. Maybe you could take back your body, like I have!
Fast food Chain restaurant food Sodas and diet sodas Sports drinks and other enriched waters, eg Vitamin Water Store bought dressings, dips, spreads, candy, chips, pies, cookies and other baked goods. TV dinners Packaged diet food Commercial pizza Most hot dogs, sausages and lunch meats - find out from the butcher or meat buyer for the store.
I found it really easy to stay away for the food bugaboos. The one I missed was salad dressing. I love Ranch dressing. Now I use coconut oil, Himalayan salt, organic black pepper, garlic and maybe onion. Yum!
