Dr. Russell Blaylock on nutrition, health and behavior

Posted Oct 22 2008 5:13pm

In this lecture, Dr. Russell Blaylock explains one of the most important connections between nutrition and our health- how nutrition affects our behavior.

Citing a series of important studies, he shows that good nutrition can powerfully enhance our memory, mood, and behavior in a socially desirable way. Like wise he shows us that poor nutrition can lead our youth into a world of violence, crime, depression and suicide.

By using an impressive array of studies on both juvenile and adult prisoners, Dr. Blaylock demonstrates these principals and outlines specific measures you can take to protect your children from these detrimental effects. Most importantly, he shows us that it is never too late to make these nutritional changes. You can order this DVD at www.atavistik.com.

I agree with Dr. Blaylock about dietary recommendations failing to curtail heart disease. But not on the animal fat subject. GRASS-fed livestock have the richest fat soluble vitamins important in neolithic times, yet we should avoid it now?

A big factor in heart disease is vegetable oils. Coconut and olive oils are the healthiest oils to use. Our great grandparents cooked with lard, including raw butter, yet heart disease made up 8% of mortality in the early 1900s.
