My husband has had some twitching in his thumb off and on for a couple of months. Yesterday, it was pretty regular and has continued into today.
A couple of months ago, we took a forty-day challenge on the Paleo Diet. I was thinking it may be related to a decrease in calcium or something else that I may not know about. He, of couse, is concerned that it could be something more serious.

Could this be a vitamin or mineral deficiency?
