I just recently started taking COQ10(about 3-4 weeks) I have developed a on going cough and just wonder if this was a side effect.  Also I have read abit of info regarding liver problems and just wonder if you could provide any information on this.

But I do feel that my fatigue issue is much better since taking COQ10, would like to continue taking but have doubts if it is good for you or not.

Having low energy levels could be due to several reasons. I would suggest you consult with your physician to properly diagnose the reason for this. You mentioned gathering information on the liver. Loss of energy could be due to an under-functioning liver. After consulting with your doctor you may want to consider taking Liverol, liver supplements which contains nutrients and herbs for supporting a healthy liver. Milk thistle extract has been studied well and is used extensively as a liver tonic to prime liver functions. Liverol also contains artichoke powder, slippery elm bark and fiber to promote regularity and remove toxins from the digestive tract—all of these help to promote healthy functions of the liver. One good thing about the liver is that its health can be restored.
