Can phentermine cause vitamin d to be excessive?

a recent blood test showed excessive vitamin d and the only thing I have taken differently recently is phentermine. I take oscal with D and I spend a lot of time in the sun. But I don't think the sun would show excessive vitamin d according to my research. thanks
