Can megadoses of Vitamin A and D3 for 2-3 months cause lymph node pain and swelling?

I have been taking 20,000 IU of Vitamin A and aprox 25,000 IU of Vitamin D3 for 2-3 months. My lymph nodes have some pain, tenderness and some swelling now, Can this be caused by the mega doses of A and D3?
