can mega doses of vitamin A and D3 for a period of 2-3 months cause the lymph nodes to swell, be tender or painful

I have been taking 20,000 IU suplemental vitamin A and 25,000 IU of D3 for 2-3 months. Can this cause lymph nodes to be tender and a bit painful?
