I recently read that a recent study done on animals has shown that taking supplements that contain the fatty acid, conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), may help in losing weight. CLA is a fatty acid largely found in dairy products, beef and lamb. But there is a catch. Research done on animals has proved the effectiveness of CLA in melting body fat, but the results from studies done on humans are not very conclusive. Thought this was an interesting piece of information on supplements that you might like to know!
