Battle Flu Season with Essential Oils

It’s important to stay healthy during cold and flu season, which coincides with the holiday season. Essential oils can protect us from a wealth of problems, including sniffles, and general aches and pains. For headaches, inhale peppermint essential oil right from the bottle or put a few drops on a tissue. If you’re feeling feverish, you can rub a small amount on your feet. If you’re feeling achy, use a massage oil made with oils that have warming and anti-inflammatory properties such as Lavender, Ginger, and German and Roman Chamomile. Blend together in a carrier oil like sweet almond oil. Bay Laurel, Eucalyptus, and Lavender also help with sniffles by boosting the immune system. Use after a hot shower.

Maybe there is a winter essential oils kit for sale somewhere? Or maybe that would be a nice gift to package up for someone. Thanks for the info.
Oils have great healing properties and we mustn't overlook those when we want to heal ourselves. Most people when they feel a cold coming on will do a quick fix with aspirin. Aspirin just suppresses the illness while oils let it flow. Thanks for the post!
