This is pretty cool. From what I can tell, the rollerblader has something attached to his skates that is hitting the sides of the bottles to make music.

Don't hate her because she's a model. These moves strengthen arms (duh), wrists (!), core and abs. They're very advanced, just do as much as you can and maybe someday you'll be able to do the whole thing. She says don't worry if you fall over.
